Double Belt Press Heating System

This system is made up of two conveyors.  Each conveyor withholds one stainless steel belt and one heater clock.  Two conveyors are set vertically. When material goes in between the two belts, this system  works to heat, press, roll, or form this material.

Applications:

Continuous heating, rolling, laminating, and forming of plastic sheets and films.

Complex film forming with fiber type material and synthetic plastics.

Feature

  • Process Precision: The two stainless steel belts sandwich material, which results in high precision in heating, pressing and rolling.
  • Heat is effectively transferred to the material by heated stainless steel belts.
  • The work is formed flat as stainless steel belts have smooth surface.
  • When fine patterns are applied to stainless steel belts, these belt work as mold and patterning is done on material.
  • This system is heat resistive.  Belt material is heat resisteive high tensile stainless steel.
  • Belt material is stainless steel, resistant to rusts.  Belts are hygienic and easy to clean.
  • Tracking is secured by electrial or air type Edge Positioning Control.
  • Good heat responsiveness is gained by electric heaters..

                this varies depending on the material width)
 ・Dimension of the processed material:Width 400mm Max、Height 15mm Max
 ・Belt speed:0.1~10m/min(Synchronized speed control for the upper and lower
                belts can be done.)
 ・Power:AC200V 3 - phase
 ・Various settings, temperature, speed, pressure and each current values, can
  be operated and displayed on the LCD touch panel.
                     

    Temperature is displayed on 54 points in 3 blocks.
