Features of steel belts used for solar cells and photovoltaic cells production
  • Material is stainless steel or SK with high tensile strength and hardness.
  • Thin and wide belts are available for thin film solar cells. Maximum width is 1000mm.
  • Low thermal expansion ratio and heat resistive.
  • Coating is available on the belt surface such as Fuluoroplastic coating, anti abrasion coating, or coating with non-adherent property.  
    These coatings enforce toughness and heat resistive feature of steel belts.
  • For inspection line, too, low-reflectivity coating is effective. Inspection can be done accurately and continuously on the conveyor belt without disturbance of metal reflection.
  • Perforation and vacuum holes are available on belts. Vacuum through these holes set and keep positions of fragile silicon wafers and cells on our metal flat belt.
  • Belts with holes and coating work best in the automatic soldering process, printing process and inspection lines under heat and vacuum.
